Happy day 20 to me!

I have discovered that life without dairy & processed sugar can be delicious.

1) coconut&almond milk (unsweetened) by blue diamond. Contains NO added sugar and is amazing.

2) vanilla tea. Again, no added sugar and when paired with the above coconut&almond milk, might as well be a latte.

3) sweet potatoes mixed with coconut cream & a sliver of an actual vanilla bean. Is it thanksgiving?

This has been a good and difficult 20 days and I am learning a lot about food. And myself. And life. Excited to process the next 10 days and then share.
