Halfway there!
I stayed up way too late last night, but my energy level was good all day regardless. I crashed (literally) right after dinner with a 2.5 hour death nap, much needed. In retrospect I probably should have gone for a walk instead and powered through until bedtime but I really needed the Z’s. I think I might be battling a cold or allergies are just now striking.
Breakfast: eggs & fruit
Lunch: leftover tuna salad, peppers, nuts & fruit
Dinner: eggplant, turkey meatballs & broccoli
Cravings aren’t nearly as strong, but I would like a good comfort sweet something with a cup of tea in the afternoons. Miss tea time.
Now that I have made (most of) my Spanish 3’s test for tomorrow (YOLO) it is bedtime.
