Today’s meals were duct taped together. Overslept, ate leftover sweet potato hash while I was driving to work (I did French press some coffee + coconut milk = heaven). Lunch was leftover tuna salad + two almost boiled eggs & leftover veggies and dinner was (I ate it at 3:30… I am starving always) about 10 chicken nuggets, another egg, & veggies. I had 4 lil’ oranges and a banana in between.
I need to add something because I am so hungry always. Or maybe this is just what my stomach feels like now? I don’t know. Or I am bored?
Listening to your body is harder than I thought it would be.
Good news? Today is day 12! Never thought I could make it this long.
