Whole 30 day 2! No migraine today, thank goodness! I really think that was just bad timing, not so much with anything to do with my eating adventures.

Breakfast: two fried eggs & strawberries and blueberries. I was still hungry so I ate a banana on the way to work. Bought caribou light roast coffee k cups and had one when I got to work: SO GOOD. I think the caffeine was a plus! Never thought I could drink coffee black, but I am changed!

Snack: Had two mandarin oranges in between 1st & 2nd period.

Lunch: emptied my Tupperware of last night’s leftovers, chicken & broccoli & asparagus.

Snack: Had an apple on the way home from work.

Dinner: beef stirfry lettuce wraps(pineapple, carrots, onion, water chestnuts, peas, broccoli, red pepper) with a touch of sesame oil & coconut oil & fruit (kiwi, strawberry, blueberry & oranges). And rice for my man.

Nom nom nom. Good day all around.

I think it’s too early to really feel anything about this whole thing, but I definitely am “hungry” a lot but when I think about it, I am just bored.

I am not working tomorrow, so hopefully I will be able to keep the snack monster away!
